Eagle Valley Motors ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes information collected through this website and how we use it. Information collected during in-person transactions at our dealerships may also be governed by separate notices provided at the time of the transaction, including financing and credit disclosures. Third-party sites we link to collect information under their own policies.

What we collect

• Information you provide — such as your name, contact details, and the financial information you provide on our credit application. Financial information may include employment information, income, housing information, vehicle and insurance information, Social Security number, driver's license number, date of birth, and other information necessary to evaluate a credit application.
• Information collected automatically — standard server logs (pages requested, browser type, IP address) used to keep the site working and secure, plus the analytics and advertising measurement described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and process your credit application, including obtaining a credit report with your authorization. Information submitted through website forms is used to respond to your request and provide the services you requested.
• To follow up on your requests by phone, email, or — with your consent — text message.
• To verify identity, prevent fraud, detect security incidents, and protect against unlawful activity.
• To operate, secure, improve, and measure this website and our advertising.

Who we share information with

• Consumer credit reporting agencies, with your authorization.
• Fraud-prevention and identity-verification providers.
• The service providers who host this website and operate our customer-relationship, messaging, and email systems.

• Government agencies or courts, when required by law.
• A buyer or successor if Eagle Valley Motors is ever sold, merged, or reorganized, subject to applicable law.

We never sell your personal information. Service providers are contractually required to protect personal information and may use it only to perform services on our behalf. By submitting a credit application, you authorize us to share your information with financial institutions and consumer credit reporting agencies as necessary to process your request.

SMS / text messaging

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages (SMS) from Eagle Valley Motors, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to be contacted by text. We use this information only to send the messages you have requested or agreed to receive, such as appointment reminders, vehicle and inventory updates, replies to your questions, financing and trade-in follow-ups, and — where you have consented — promotional offers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances. We may share your information only with the service providers who help us operate and deliver our messaging program, and only as needed to send the messages you requested or as required by law.

Cookies, analytics & advertising measurement

This site keeps tracking to a minimum. Here is the complete list of tools that may set cookies or receive data when you visit:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) that help us understand how the site is used. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use visitor-identification pixels, and we do not link analytics cookies to your name or contact information.

Where this site links to outside websites, those sites collect information under their own privacy policies, which we don't control. Review their policies before submitting personal information there.

Cross-site data collection, Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Eagle Valley Motors itself does not track your activity on other websites. However, the analytics and advertising partners named above (Google and Meta) may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit this site, as part of how their measurement products work. This website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals; the opt-out tools listed above work regardless of browser settings.

Reviewing or correcting your information

You may ask us to review the personal information we have collected about you through this website, or request corrections to it, by emailing help@eaglevalleymotors.com or calling (775) 882-7498. We will verify your request and respond within 60 days.

Nevada residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A) gives Nevada residents the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information; if you still wish to submit a verified opt-out request, email help@eaglevalleymotors.com, our designated request address. Verified requests receive a response within 60 days.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Financing applicants

Financial information submitted on our credit application is handled in accordance with federal financial-privacy law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its Safeguards Rule, in addition to this policy.

Sensitive information

Sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and dates of birth — is collected only when necessary to process financing requests, verify identity, or comply with legal requirements. Access is limited to employees and service providers with a legitimate business need.

Retention & security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Application data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy the record-retention requirements that apply to dealerships and financing transactions. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; if we determine that a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as the law requires.

Identity theft protection

We take reasonable steps to help prevent identity theft. If we suspect fraudulent activity or identity theft involving information submitted through this website or a financing transaction, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.
