Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Eagle Valley Motors ("we," "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new "last updated" date; your continued use of the site means you accept the current version. This website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Vehicle listings & pricing

We sell the vehicles listed on this site — they are real inventory on the ground at our Carson City and Reno lots, updated regularly from our inventory system. Even so, mistakes and timing gaps happen: a vehicle may sell before the site updates, and listed details (price, mileage, features, equipment, incentives, photos) may occasionally contain typographical, pricing, or data-entry errors. We reserve the right to correct any error at any time without prior notice. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Photos show the actual vehicle where possible, but color and equipment can differ from what you see on screen.

Advertised prices exclude sales tax, title, license and registration fees, government and regulatory fees, emission testing charges, dealer document preparation charges, and finance charges, which are added to arrive at the final sale price. Information on this website is provided for informational purposes and is not a binding offer to sell any vehicle or to provide financing. If you believe information is inaccurate, please contact us so we can review and correct it — but always confirm price, availability, and equipment with the dealership before purchase. The final terms of any sale are those in the written purchase agreement you sign, not this website.

Financing & credit applications

Submitting a credit application through this site is a request for financing, not a guarantee of approval. Submitting an application does not create a financing agreement and does not obligate Eagle Valley Motors or any lender to extend credit. All financing is on approved credit and subject to review and applicable law. By submitting an application you certify that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Trade-in and sell-your-car submissions

Any figure discussed based on information you submit online is an estimate. Actual offers are made after we inspect the vehicle and verify title, payoff, and condition.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS) from Eagle Valley Motors at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Program: Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle availability and inventory updates, financing and trade-in follow-ups, replies to your inquiries, and promotional offers.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• How to opt in: You may opt in by submitting a form on this website with the SMS consent box checked, by texting us, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages.
• How to opt out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again.

Permitted use of this website

The site is provided for personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping for a vehicle. You agree not to:

• Disrupt or overload the site, interfere with its operation, or upload malicious code.
• Probe, test, or bypass its security or bot-protection measures.
• Use bots or other automated tools to bulk-harvest inventory, pricing, photographs, or personal information for commercial reuse or republication, or copy vehicle listings or photography for use on other websites.
• Impersonate another person, or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or financing applications.

We may reject any submission we believe is fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful, and we may restrict access to the site for misuse. This section does not restrict ordinary indexing by public search and answer engines that comply with our robots.txt directives.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through this site. You grant Eagle Valley Motors a non-exclusive license to use the information you submit solely to provide the services you request. By communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically regarding your requests and transactions. Where permitted by law, electronic submissions, acknowledgments, and signatures have the same effect as handwritten signatures.

The text, design, logos, trademarks, and vehicle photography on this site belong to Eagle Valley Motors or are used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not republish or commercially reuse site content without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
